Clinovia compounds, delivers and administers the drugs and associated products and equipment needed for even the most complex treatments.

To ensure the stability and safety of products, we have our own in-house compounding facilities, each of which has multiple clean rooms, a purpose-built laboratory and an MHRA Specialist Manufacturing Licence for the aseptic preparation of injectable solutions, and a purpose-built laboratory to ensure quality control.

Clinovia is totally independent and not tied to any manufacturer. We use products specified by clinicians and ensure that they are delivered cost-effectively. As part of our duty to supply drugs safely, we provide advice on stability and have developed a comprehensive stability database covering the products of all major manufacturers. Contracts with specialist research institutes enable stability testing of new parenteral nutrition regimens and drug-device combinations.

We also provide aseptic products to hospitals as an outsourced service when hospitals have a need for extra capacity or where they have no in-house capability of their own.
