We provide care to patients at home who have long term complex medical needs such as ventilation. Working in partnership with NHS clinicians we plan the discharge from hospital of each patient and create a tailored treatment package to meet their specific clinical needs. Our complex care service includes specialist nursing care, prescription management and delivery and the provision of equipment and ancillaries. The scope of the care we provide varies from a few hours a night to 24 hour care, depending on the patient’s diagnosis and the complexity of their needs.
